Take a quick look back to each of the shows produced by Tellin’ Tales Theatre beginning with its first production in 1994 through the 2016 season.

 

Tellin’ Tales Theatre took root in 1994-95 when Tekki Lomnicki appeared in “When Heck Was a Puppy:  The Real Life Testimonies of Folk Artist Edna Mae Brice,” which Lomnicki wrote along with Michael Blackwell and Nancy Sheldon. Here is an excerpt from that show.

In 2016, Tellin’ Tales Theatre received a matching grant from 3Arts Chicago to support TTT’s 2016 “Divercity” 6-week workshop and final production. This video appeared on the 3Arts website where artistic director Tekki Lomnicki explains “Divercity” and invites viewers to support the project with a donation.
